You agree to observe and abide by all copyright and other proprietary notices, legends, or other restrictions contained in any such content and will not make any changes thereto.

You are solely responsible for the contents of your wallet and any actions you take within our platform. You agree not to use our services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
6. Blockchain and NFTs
Our services may involve blockchain technology and non-fungible tokens (NFTs). You acknowledge that these technologies carry inherent risks and agree that you are responsible for understanding and accepting these risks. The NFTs represent ownership of digital artwork only and are not intended as investments or securities.
7. No Financial Advice
The content and services provided by StrawberryWTF are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice or an invitation to invest in any form of security. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction when purchasing NFTs or engaging with our services.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
You expressly understand and agree that your use of our services is at your sole risk. The services and all related products and services delivered to you through the service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided 'as is' and 'as available' for your use, without any representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, StrawberryWTF, including its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (c) any content obtained from the services; or (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content. In no event shall StrawberryWTF's aggregate liability for all claims related to the services exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (U.S. $100.00) or the amount you paid StrawberryWTF, if any, in the last 12 months, whichever is greater.
10. Dispute Resolution
By using our services, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by arbitration in Los Angeles, California, before one arbitrator. The arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association pursuant to its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. This clause shall not preclude parties from seeking provisional remedies in aid of arbitration from a court of appropriate jurisdiction.
StrawberryWTF and the user agree that any arbitration shall be limited to the dispute between StrawberryWTF and the individual user. To the full extent permitted by law, (a) no arbitration shall be joined with any other proceeding; (b) there is no right or authority for any dispute to be arbitrated on a class-action basis or to utilize class action procedures; and (c) there is no right or authority for any dispute to be brought in a purported representative capacity on behalf of the general public or any other persons.
You agree that you may bring claims against StrawberryWTF only in your individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. By continuing to use our services after such changes are made, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
